I can't recommend Pine Ridge Restoration enough! We had them come out for mitigation due to a street wide sewage backup. Their whole team was fantastic. The crew was always professional and courteous. We hope to never have to need their service again, but would not hesitate to have them back should the need arise.
Pine Ridge was a life saver when we had a pipe burst over the holidays! Rick and the entire team worked double time to help get our home cleaned up and livable. They were so professional and knowledgable throughout the entire process. We are so thankful we found them!
Had a sewer backup in basement with sewerage everywhere. Pine Ridge and one Tom plumber responded immediately and were excellent in getting blockage taken care of and soiled items removed. We now have 12 fans and a few dehumidifiers running but their immediate response was impressive. Do not hesitate to call them.
